I recently had Securcom update my CCTV and monitored alarm equipment at my residence that they 1st installed in 2007, as it was time to take advantage of newer technology. Ryan K. gave me a quotation to replace my alarm panel, DVR, and several cameras and once I gave them the ok, they arrived as per our agreed-upon schedule and completed the installation in a timely fashion.Their service tech Chris V. was extremely knowledgeable, walking me through the equipment that was installed and instructed me on how to use the programming to access the equipment remotely and also, on how to capture still pictures and video feed as needed. Technology is a wonderful thing!I would strongly recommend Securcom for all your security needs without hesitation!

I ordered a camera system from Securcom Technologies Inc. They came and inspected the job and gave a very detailed estimate. The installers were very professional and did a very good job at the date and time promised. When the system did not perform as I had understood when making the purchase agreement the company quickly upgraded it to ensure if performed as expected and there was no additional charge. Since the system was installed I have been contacted several times to check to see how the system is working and If there was anything further I needed. I would very much recommend this company to anyone in need of their type of service.
Fantastic service and quality products! We recently installed security cameras at our business and Chris was professional and easy to work with from the start. He was willing to work with me on where we wanted to install our cameras and genuinely cared about my concern areas. He was always easy to get in contact with and we had our system installed quickly, professionally and properly.
